Dear NWCC Family,

As we are heading into the fall season, there are several upcoming events and opportunities we would like you to know about…

• THIS SUNDAY IS MEAL PACKING for the Mission of Hope!! Our services will be approx 45 minutes. Our times slots are currently FULL, but if you want to help pack, please stop by the check-IN table to see if there are any open spots.

• Our GSL (Give ~ Serve ~ Love) Campaign is going well, but there are only 2 MORE SUNDAYS to participate in the campaign! We will accept donations through October 4. If you are participating in the Food Drive please return the bag no later than October 4, so we can distribute those to our local food pantries!

• Trunk or Treat: We are so excited to host our annual Trunk or Treat event on Friday, October 30 from 6PM – 8PM. This event is for our community and a fun night to be together! Right now, we are asking our families to consider hosting a table! Come visit our table in the Kidz Cove Lobby by the fireplace to host a booth or ask questions. If you can’t be at church on a Sunday and would like a table, please email Emilee Hermon, our Children’s Director, at ehermon@nwc.church.

• School Food Distribution: We are looking for 4-5 volunteers that would be interested in packing food boxes for families at North Webster Elementary School for Fall Break. These volunteers would help pack the food boxes, communicate to their assigned families (4-5 families), and be present at the church on October 16 from 2:30PM – 5:30PM for pickup. This initiative is funded via our GSL campaign and in partnership with the Alliance for Thriving Families in our county. Please contact Pastor Tim Jones at tjones@nwc.church or call the church office at 574-834-4281.

• There will be no Kidz Cove Club on Wednesday night October 7. Our leaders will be out of town attending a Children’s Ministry Training conference. EPIC will still happen on this evening.
